DMCA Take Down Request
Where Safety Is The Solution
In accordance with the DMCA Act:
DMCA 17 USC 512 (c) (3) is a section of the US Copyright Act that outlines the requirements for the "DMCA Takedown" process to take place. DMCA Takedowns are a "notice-and-takedown" process that requires OSPs and ISPs to remove access to alleged infringing material upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice from a copyright owner. Failure to comply with the DMCA Takedown Notice puts the OSP/ISP at risk of losing their statutory immunity or "Safe Harbor" protection under the Act.
Our Remedy
While we strive to utilize only content that we fully, rightfully own, occasionally we could be mistaken. We use, primarily, our own images, that we took on our own equipment. We retain sole right to copyright and use of those images.
Other images we have purchased, in good faith, from usual stock image sources. We believe that we hold a valid license to use those images as decoration for our website.
Should we have purchased images that you believe you have rights to then we will be glad to remove those images upon proper notice.
